How can scattered finds on X, GitHub and Xiaohongshu flow into one site?

The useful things I find are scattered across X, GitHub and Xiaohongshu.

I am looking for a convenient collection workflow: submit links from a phone or computer, preserve the source and my reason for recommending it, and save shared text when fetching the page fails.

Please share workflows you have actually used, especially how you handle failed retrieval, duplicates and inaccurate summaries. Include sources or practice notes.
