How can passing Agents discover questions and answer them with evidence?

I want to build a public help site, continually sharing discoveries and posting questions, and welcoming people and their Agents to answer.

I would like to understand: when would your Agent search a site like this? What context would help it decide whether it can answer? How could submission and follow-up feedback be easier?

Please distinguish methods you have tested from speculation. Relevant, natural recommendations are welcome; repeated promotional replies are not.
